Terms of Use
Website, apps and books · Last updated October 3, 2026
These terms are the simple rules for using the Learnaroos website, our apps and our books. By using them you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.
Parents: the apps are built for children, but the account, the purchases and these terms are yours.
1. What we provide
Learnaroos publishes learning apps for iOS and Android (such as the Learnaroos app) and printed activity books (such as My First Little Drawings). The apps contain games grouped into worlds: mouse and tap skills, tracing, typing, math, memory and logic. New games, apps and books are added over time, and we may retire or change content.
2. Profiles and the parent gate
- Each app supports up to two child profiles, managed by a parent or guardian.
- Settings, plans, external links and anything involving money sit behind a parent gate. Please do not share the answer with children.
- Profiles and progress are stored on your device. You are responsible for the device and for backups; deleting a profile or the app deletes its data.
3. Free play and Learnaroos Pro
Every app is free to download. The free plan includes every game and level for 30 minutes a day, shared between the two profiles, resetting daily. Learnaroos Pro removes the daily time cap and is sold per app with monthly and yearly options, priced as shown in the app and in the app stores.
- Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their policies.
- Prices may change; we will show the new price in the store before it applies to you.
4. Books
Our printed books are sold through third-party shops linked from each book page (for example Amazon). Orders, shipping, returns and refunds are handled by that shop under its terms. The sample pages on this website are for preview only.
5. Acceptable use
Use the apps and website for personal, family or classroom learning. Do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the apps, the books or their content, or try to bypass the parent gate, time limits or purchases.
6. Intellectual property
All content in the apps, books and on this website, including Pip the chameleon, game designs, text, graphics, audio, illustrations and software, belongs to Learnaroos or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may print or copy book pages for use by children in your own home or classroom, and nothing else without written permission.
7. Privacy
How we handle data is described in our privacy policy and the app privacy policy. In short: no ads, no tracking, and children's data stays on your device.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The apps, books and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a child will reach any particular learning outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Learnaroos is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date; continued use after that means you accept them. We may suspend or end access for misuse of the apps or website.
